Hello!

I’m Kristi, nice to meet you!

I’m a Therapist, deep feeler, toddler mama, and big believer in self-trust.

I support sensitive, thoughtful women who are tired of putting everyone else first— and ready to break free from people-pleasing, set boundaries that actually feel doable, and reconnect with the version of themselves they’ve been missing.

Whether you are emotionally exhausted, constantly second-guessing yourself, or feeling like you’ve lost touch with who you really are, you’re not alone.” I’m here to support you with care and curiosity — never pressure or judgment.

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW/LICSW), offering online therapy in Georgia, Florida, and Vermont, and in-person sessions in Brattleboro, VT.

My approach is deeply influenced by Internal Family Systems (IFS), humanistic therapy, and hypnotherapy. I tailor every session to you — not a formula. My goal is to help you feel more like yourself again (or maybe meet her for the first time).

Ready to reconnect with the wiser, grounded version of you beneath the overwhelm? I’d love to walk alongside you.

If you're ready to reconnect with your inner clarity, confidence, and calm, I’d be honored to walk alongside you. Therapy is a deeply personal journey, and having the right support can make all the difference. Reach out to schedule a free 15-minute consultation — I’d love to learn more about what you’re hoping for and how I can support you.

What it’s Like to Work Together

A Space Where All Parts of You Are Welcome
Our work starts with building safety and trust. I offer a supportive, judgment-free space where you can show up fully—no need to edit or hide the parts of yourself that feel too much, too sensitive, or unsure.

We Get to the Root, Gently
Whether you’re navigating anxiety, burnout, people-pleasing, or feeling disconnected from yourself, we’ll explore what’s beneath the surface. Instead of focusing only on symptoms, we’ll uncover the deeper stories and patterns that shaped them.

More Than Just Talk Therapy
Healing isn’t always linear—and it doesn’t always happen through words alone. I weave together Internal Family Systems (IFS), hypnotherapy, mindfulness, and somatic tools to support your whole self: mind, body, and spirit.

Culturally Conscious and Trauma-Informed
Your struggles don’t exist in a vacuum. We consider how systems of oppression, cultural messaging, and generational burdens may have impacted your sense of self. Together, we’ll explore how to reconnect with the parts of you that were never broken—just conditioned to survive.

Come As You Are. Grow Into Who You Want to Be.
This work isn’t about “fixing” you. It’s about helping you return to yourself. Through our work, you’ll deepen self-trust, set boundaries rooted in care, and create a life that feels more aligned, grounded, and fully yours.
